Position University Administrative Fellow Alumni/ae Bio/Description Tori Luu is a Ph.D. candidate in Geosciences and completed a University Administrative Fellowship with The Program for Community-Engaged Scholarship (ProCES). "I was incredibly excited to bring a science-oriented perspective to my 2018-2019 UAF with the Program for Community-Engaged Scholarship (ProCES). My mentor, Leah Anderson, enthusiastically supported my interest in the National Science Foundation's 'Broader Impacts' charge, and we were able to form an informal working group with other university members to discuss centralizing some of the science outreach opportunities on and around campus. This experience in creating bridges across different stakeholders and developing systematic solutions helped me to secure a prestigious marine policy fellowship in D.C., where I can continue building upon the skills I started developing in my UAF!"
