"The Higher Education Workshop has been a boon for me as a scholar-teacher with a long commitment to the study of higher education policy.  For better or worse, most faculty colleagues do not take time to step back from their work to ask about why and how educational structures are built and maintained.  But the workshop has placed such questions front and center, and enabled faculty to meet with current graduate students to debate some of the issues that current vex higher education.  I have learned a tremendous amount in the process, and have been deeply impressed by the commitment of the Graduate School to further and enhance these discussions."
