I have worked at Princeton University Press for about 3 years. Previously, I worked at Mathematica Policy Research. With 15 years of HR experience, I was hired by the Press to modernize the HR function when current Press Director, Christie Henry, was hired. The timing of my hire was intentional and created alignment with the modernization of the overall organization. As an HR leader, I am dedicated to employee engagement, continuous improvement, and fostering an organizational culture defined by creative and constructive collaborations, equity and inclusion, and mutual respect. At the Press, I am a member of the senior management team and oversees all HR initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and goals.
