Position Community College Teaching Fellow Bio/Description Emilia Arguello is a Ph.D. Candidate in Chemistry and a 2020 Community College Teaching Fellow at Rowan College South Jersey. “I was born and raised in the city of Quito, located at 9000 feet in the heart of the Ecuadorian Andes. I moved to the United States for college, received my bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, and am currently completing my Ph.D. in the same discipline at Princeton University. Outside my academic work, I am an avid runner and concert-goer, and I also enjoy cooking and writing. I am excited to participate in this fellowship to experience the personal connections – both as a mentee and as a mentor – that only a genuine teaching setting can offer.” Upcoming Professional Development Events Oct 3 Using Tools to Create Models in QGIS Oct 3 Sign up for a Princeton Public Library card!
