Bio/Description

Elaine Enriquez earned a PhD in Sociology from Princeton in 2015. She joined IBM as a senior management consultant in their Global Business Services division, consulting internationally to blue chip clients like Coca-Cola, GEICO, PMI, and CEMEX. Her thought leadership centered on developing Voice of the Customer, data intelligence, and analytics programs. She then joined Google as a UX researcher, quickly developing a reputation for her quantitative skills and program development. She now manages a team of international researchers across three different products in the free web/content monetization area.
