She joined IBM as a senior management consultant in their Global Business Services division, consulting internationally to blue chip clients like Coca-Cola, GEICO, PMI, and CEMEX. Her thought leadership centered on developing Voice of the Customer, data intelligence, and analytics programs. She then joined Google as a UX researcher, quickly developing a reputation for her quantitative skills and program development.
