Bio/Description

Dylan Principi is a Ph.D. fellow in Musicology, and a University Administrative Fellow. His dissertation investigates the intellectual history of musical autonomy and its relationship to analysis and interpretation. He is also a graduate representative on the Council of the Princeton University Community, chair of the Psychoanalysis Interest Group of the Society for Music Theory, and Music Theory Coordinator at Temple University’s Music Preparatory Division.
