As an executive leadership coach, she currently holds a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation, is a Board Certified Coach (BCC) and a health and wellness coach with an NBC-HWC credential. She coaches clients representing all levels, all company sizes and a range of industries. Her coaching expertise is in change management situations requiring new leadership, greater productivity, revised career goals and stress management. She collaborates with clients to find their unique, “pathways to progress.”

Debbie’s coaching capabilities in change management situations have been enhanced by senior-level marketing communication, brand strategy and market research consulting for entrepreneurial start-ups, Fortune 500 companies, higher education institutions and big ad agency experience. This is work she continues through today. She has a PhD in Social Psychology from Princeton University and a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Kansas.
