The GradFUTURES Future Faculty series for science and engineering is designed for graduate students and postdocs who are few years away from the faculty job market. This series will provide clarity of faculty life in diverse institutions (e.g. R1 university, liberal arts college, community college) and reveal essential skills and mindsets for career success. Through data-transparency, a systems lens, and knowledge of resources and opportunities, you can craft an intentional plan for professional development, while learning from Princeton faculty, staff and alums who serve as faculty in diverse institutions.
