This guide describes overarching prerequisites and setup instructions for virtual workshops. To minimize the need for troubleshooting, workshop registrants should read that guide and follow the instructions at least 72 hours in advance their workshop.

Users who try to set up on their own but find that they could use assistance from PICSciE staff can register for this advance session. Registration is limited to 15 people per setup session.

This session requires 24-hour advance registration.  If you are within 24 hours of the session start, try to register for a later session.  A Zoom link will be sent by email the morning of the setup session.

Please register at princeton.edu/training(link is external) or email alrubins@princeton.edu.  Registration is limited to 15.
