RESCHEDULED- New date/time to be determined

In this workshop, led by an art historian with a background in the sciences, we will discuss and reflect on the role of visuals in learning and how images can be powerful tools for teaching in all disciplines. During the workshop, we will introduce strategies for incorporating more visuals into your teaching, including the technique of “close looking,” often used in art historical analysis. In addition, we will review and develop ideas for activities and assignments that encourage your students to engage content deeply, look and observe closely, and translate material visually.

RSVP to reserve a seat.
