GradLEAD: Fostering Collaborative Leadership and Teams

Collaborative leadership is a practice which is focused on expanding skill sets and engaging in processes that build partnerships both within and outside of the team. In this session, we will focus on interpersonal awareness, collaboration, effective communication and coalition building in fostering stronger leaders and stronger teams. This program will also feature Sarah-Marie Bruno, a Princeton graduate student leader, who will discuss her personal experience and perspectives in collaboration and leadership.
