In this series, you will self-reflect, identify your professional interests and future possibilities, and come away with lots of affirmation, allies, and approaches! Participants of this program will receive a copy of "Next Gen PhD: A Guide to Career Paths in Science" by Melanie V. Sinche. Postdocs are welcome to join. Learning goals: You will learn and discuss how to- identify pathways that resonate with you, build and leverage connections to explore options, develop and translate skills and experiences for multiple future/s create goals and plans for professional development and lifelong learning Part 3 In the third part, leverage storytelling to translate and communicate breadth of skills and experiences developed through PhD training. Learn how to leverage resources in Princeton including GradFUTURES for professional development. Set goals and develop your individualized plan for variety of future possibilities and paths. The series will wrap with a group discussion and AMA with Dean Majumdar. Participants can schedule further discussions in 1-1 office hours with Dean Majumdar.
