This workshop will introduce participants to the open-source application OpenRefine so that users can efficiently and creatively explore and clean their data. Participants will learn how to upload data to OpenRefine, best practices for organizing data, and simple manipulations enabled by the application. You are welcome to bring your own data, but we will also make a sample dataset available. Please bring your own laptop and download the application here before attending.
