Event Description
Spend a relaxing afternoon in Firestone Library with a cozy yarn craft. Each Thursday of the semester we’ll meet in the Discovery Hub to work on a craft – all supplies and instruction included!

This semester we’ll have two series, one for bargello and one for crochet, consisting of three workshops for each craft. Stop by for one or all of the sessions! This is a drop-in style workshop, so feel free to stop by anytime during the two-hour window.

Registration isn’t necessary, but it is helpful so we know how many people to expect.

February 8 - Crochet a granny square
February 15 - Stitch a bargello bookmark
February 22 - Crochet fingerless gloves
February 29 - Stitch a bargello coaster
March 7 - Crochet an amigurumi
March 14 - Stitch a bargello keychain
Jen Hunter, your host, is Head of Firestone General Service operations, and an enthusiastic crafter with hobbies including knitting, crochet, bargello, embroidery, weaving, macramé, and stained glass.
