Event Description

Consider how self-reflection and careful review of your own viewpoints, discomforts, and areas to learn can help inform how you communicate and build inclusive spaces as a leader. Assistant Dean for Access, Diversity, and Inclusion ,Rayna Truelove will lead a panel discussion with  on how leaders can use self-reflection and lead with authenticity to navigate difficult discussions and elicit openness in diverse groups.

Guest speakers: Shauna Clark, Ph.D., Director, NIH Academy at Office of Intramural Training and Education; Ravyn Miller, MBA/MDiv, Senior Director, Medtronic; and Sadhana Jackson, MD, Clinical Investigator, National Institute of Neurological Disorder and Stroke (NINDS).
