Join members of the GradFUTURES and Access, Diversity and Inclusion teams for a planning session for a Learning Cohort focused on inclusive leadership.
The GradFUTURES and Access, Diversity and Inclusion (ADI) teams at the Graduate School will launch an “Inclusive Leadership Learning Cohort” in July of 2020. The cohort will be formed in partnership with graduate students, faculty, alumni, and staff. The goal of this series will be to call attention to the ways leaders can create cultures of belonging and mutual respect where diversity of thought is welcome, and innovation and productivity thrive. There will be a combination of live and asynchronous content, and a diverse range of guest speakers representing inclusive leadership in the academic, nonprofit, and business sectors.
We’re excited to co-create this program based on your input and feedback — and will have different graduate students join the deans in moderating weekly conversations. We invite you to submit your ideas regarding themes, topics, and speakers you’d like to see as part of this weekly series at gradfutures.princeton.edu/inclusiveleadership.
