GradLEAD: Leadership, Action, Engagement and Development
The Office of the Dean of the Graduate School is pleased to launch GradLEAD, an exciting opportunity for personal growth and professional development designed for graduate student leaders. This program allows graduate students to identify their core strengths using the Clifton Strengths-based Leadership assessment. The goal of this program is to help students learn how to apply their strengths in a variety of leadership settings.
The Student Life, Professional Development, Academic Affairs and Access, Diversity & Inclusion teams have partnered to develop GradLEAD, a fun and meaningful series of workshops and programs designed to help you thrive as a leader.
GradLEAD workshops will create opportunities for you to connect and collaborate with staff, fellow student leaders and the greater campus community.
We'll help you identify your strengths by using CliftonStrengths, a critically acclaimed personal assessment tool used by over 20,000,000 people around the world. CliftonStrengths helps you think critically about your strengths and their impact on your personal growth and career directions.
GradLEAD programs and workshops will help you lead today while developing a solid foundation for your professional future!
