Fellowship Description The SHARE (Sexual Harassment/Assault Advising, Resources, and Education) office seeks to partner with a graduate student to expand outreach and awareness among the graduate student community at Princeton. The University Administrative Fellow would work to encourage graduate student involvement with SHARE by creating messaging campaigns, coordinating events, and engaging with graduate programs directly. One of the objectives of this UAF would be to increase graduate student participation in the SHARE Peers Program—through which students are empowered to serve as liaisons, spokespersons, and referral agents for the SHARE office and provide peer support to students on campus who are experiencing SHARE-related issues—in order to facilitate graduate student access to resources and support. Under the mentorship of SHARE Associate Director Annette Macaluso, the fellow would also assist in developing trainings to educate graduate students as well as other members of the campus community about issues of interpersonal violence and abuse (including sexual harassment, sexual assault, stalking, and dating and domestic violence), evidence-based strategies for prevention and bystander intervention, and ways of supporting survivors at Princeton.
