She is a passionate educator who has dedicated her career to programming, teaching, advising, and researching in the field of learning and development. At Columbia University, she designed and implemented learning initiatives and programs to support international students' academic and professional growth. With an EdD in Adult Learning and Leadership at Columbia University, she is committed to empowering students and fostering their acquisition of the practical skills essential for success. She also holds a BA in International Studies from UCLA and an MA in International Education from Columbia University. Her research interests include cross-cultural teamwork, adult learning, informal learning, and organizational leadership.
