Williams-Jones began as the Assistant Dean for Access, Diversity, and Inclusion at Princeton University where her interdisciplinary research examined the interaction between Rotylenchulus reniformis and Gossypium hirsutum on a transcriptomic level. After zer PhD, ze spent many years teaching in minority serving institutions. In addition, ze has experience in program management, teacher development, and event planning. At Princeton, ze continues zer work and deep interest in science outreach and increasing recruitment & retention of underrepresented scientists.You are beauty, you are brains, and you are bliss, and you can do this if you just keep pushing!
